Who can apply for the Master’s programme?
Graduates holding a specialised or master’s degree in accordance with Ministerial Decrees No. 509/1999 and No. 270/2004.

What is the duration of the Master’s programme?
The Master’s programme has an annual duration (from February 2026 to April 2027) and awards a total of 60 university credits (CFU).
When do applications open?
Applications opened on 22 September 2025 and will remain open until 8 January 2026.
How do I submit my application?

- Upload the required documents.

Is there an admission test?
Yes. Selection is based on an evaluation of the curriculum vitae and a motivational interview with the Master’s Scientific Committee.
Is the Master’s programme compatible with professional work?
Yes. The programme is designed to be compatible with professional commitments. Classes are held mainly at weekends (Friday afternoon and all day Saturday) and in a blended learning format (in person and online). The lecturers may also organise a full-time week at the end of the teaching period, dedicated to the practical application of the Master’s key areas.
Are scholarships or financial benefits available?
Each edition of the Master’s programme may offer full or partial fee reductions, awarded based on a ranking considering degree grades, work experience, scientific publications, and interviews. All details are provided in the Call for Applications at:

What competences will I gain at the end of the programme?
The Master’s programme provides advanced theoretical and practical knowledge across key healthcare companies areas, focusing on market access, marketing and digital health, while also developing cross-cutting skills like leadership, communication and project management.
Is there an internship or a final project work?
Yes. The programme includes an internship period and the development of a project work, enabling students to apply the competences acquired during the training pathway in a practical context.
What qualification will I obtain upon completion of the Master’s programme?
Upon complection, participants will be awarded a Second Level University Master’s Diploma in “MAMAF 3.0 – Road to 2030. Master for Future Managers in the Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare Sectors”.
What career opportunities does the Master’s programme offer?
The Master’s programme opens up opportunities for coordination and consultancy roles in pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, communication agencies, outsourcing companies and consulting firms in the life sciences sector.
What is the tuition fee?
The tuition fee is approximately €6,980, payable in two instalments: the first instalment upon enrolment (€3,980.00) and the second by 30/03/2026 (€3,000.00).
Where and in what format are classes delivered?
Activities are delivered in a blended format. Classes may take place at:
- Campus della Salute, Viale Camillo Golgi 19, 27100 Pavia (PV)
- A.V.E. Research Centre – Studi Analisi Valutazioni Economiche, Via Previati 74, 20149 Milan (MI)
- External partner company sites located in the city of Milan
Online classes are held in synchronous mode.
Does the programme include soft skills and career coaching?
Yes. The curriculum includes training on soft skills, mentoring and career coaching, aimed both at personal development and at supporting professional integration.
