The Master’s programme prepares professionals for coordination or consultancy roles in marketing, market access, and sales within the pharmaceutical industry; healthcare communication within pharmaceutical companies and specialised communication agencies; business development and licensing; medical and scientific publishing; and pharmacoeconomics and health economics.

A solid educational path

Since 2005, the MAMAF Master’s programme has trained 210 students, with professional placements demonstrating the programme’s robustness and its strong capacity to meet the evolving needs of the job market.

Soft Skill & Career Coaching @MAMAF

The MAMAF Master’s programme includes an innovative educational path designed to develop personal strategic competences and soft skills. This pathway is structured around aligning each participant’s individual characteristics with the internship opportunities provided by partner companies.
Beginning with an initial self-assessment, reinforced by peer support and counselling, this process fosters a progressively refined understanding of students’ personal and professional profiles, enabling a structured career-coaching experience led by experts and supported through group interaction..
Participants explore both self-awareness dynamics and skill enhancement, as well as the formative value of counselling and coaching in strengthening teamwork abilities and fostering leadership—aligned with goals of continuous change and organisational development.

Graduates holding a specialised or master’s degree in accordance with Ministerial Decrees No. 509/1999 and No. 270/2004, in one of the following disciplines:
